Within the framework of popularization of the Olympic movement, healthy lifestyle and involvement of youth in systematic physical culture and sports, the department of special physical training of DSUIA conducted an Olympic lesson for cadets of the university.
During the event, the cadets demonstrated their physical abilities and learned more about the history and traditions of the Olympic movement, the importance of sport in human life and the main Olympic values – excellence, friendship and respect.
The practical part of the Olympic lesson was aimed at the development of physical qualities, coordination, speed, endurance and strength. The participants performed sports exercises, overcame various physical tasks and took part in team activities.
Special attention during the event was paid to team interaction, mutual support and the formation of positive motivation for sports.
The organizers of the event believe that sport helps to cultivate qualities important for future law enforcement officers: perseverance, discipline, responsibility and the ability to work for a common result.
The conduct of the Olympic lesson became another opportunity to unite cadets around the ideas of a healthy lifestyle, active leisure and love for sport.
