The event was held in the city of Dnipro, DSUIA was represented by scientific-pedagogical employees of the departments of criminal process and operational-search activity.

In the work of the round table took part the head of the department of criminal process, police lieutenant colonel Dmytro Sanakoiev, the head of the department of operational-search activity, police major Valerii Darahan and the senior lecturer of the department of criminal process, police lieutenant colonel Denys Yuriev.
During the event, current issues of counteraction to organized crime, modern challenges and trends of its development, the role of criminal analysis, operational units and cyberpolice in the detection of organized criminal groups were discussed.
Special attention was paid to the transformation of operational information and analytical materials into the evidence base, problems of proof and judicial perspective, as well as the use of European experience in counteraction to organized crime.
The participants discussed current problems of interaction of law enforcement bodies, modern approaches to the detection and documentation of the activity of organized criminal groups, etc.
The participation of representatives of DSUIA in the event contributed to the exchange of practical experience and developments, as well as the deepening of interaction between institutions of higher education and practical units of law enforcement bodies.
