Third-year cadets of the Faculty for Training Specialists for the Pre-Trial Investigation Bodies of the National Police of Ukraine took part in a volunteer initiative in support of Ukrainian service members.
Together with volunteers, the cadets made fleece pillows for Ukrainian defenders carrying out combat missions on the front line. During the initiative, they learned all the stages of making the items: preparing the materials, assembling the filling and completing the sewing process.
Through their joint efforts, the participants made a batch of 50 pillows. The finished items have already been delivered to Ukrainian service members.
Such initiatives are an important part of the cadets’ extracurricular activities, as they foster a sense of responsibility, mutual support and civic awareness. By contributing to efforts to support Ukraine’s defenders, future officers demonstrate their care and respect for those who defend the country’s independence and territorial integrity every day.
