Participation in the event was taken by first-year cadets of the faculty of training specialists for pre-trial investigation bodies of the National Police of Ukraine and the faculty of training specialists for units of criminal police of the National Police of Ukraine.
First-year cadets practiced in practice the procedure of actions during the setting up of tents. The class was conducted with the aim of acquiring by cadets practical skills regarding actions in case of disconnection of power supply, heating, communication, as well as the occurrence of other emergency situations of a natural or man-made nature on the territory of the city of Dnipro and Dnipropetrovsk region. The event was conducted on the territory of the university.
During the class, the participants familiarized themselves with the constructive features of tents, the sequence of their setting up and in practice practiced the algorithm of actions as part of groups.
Such events contribute to the formation in cadets of skills of working with property, coherence of actions as part of a unit and readiness to act in accordance with a defined algorithm under conditions of performance of official tasks.
