The meeting was conducted by the deputy head of the Scientific-Methodical Council – vice-rector of DSUIA, police colonel Oleksandr Yunin.
During the work of the council, a number of important issues of the activity of the institution of higher education were considered.
The compliance of scientific-pedagogical employees with the Licensing requirements, which ensure the conduct of educational activity under educational programs, as well as the results of the international and national ranking of DSUIA in 2026, were discussed.
The implementation of the academic load in the 2025/2026 academic year was discussed and the issue of planning the academic load in the 2026/2027 academic year was raised.
Also, the participants of the meeting discussed the issues of the main tasks of the scientific activity of the university in the first semester of the 2026/2027 academic year, approved the programs of practical training of applicants of higher education of the second (master’s) level of higher education and the programs of certification of applicants of higher education of the second (master’s) level of higher education.
In addition, the issue of granting the right to conduct lectures by scientific-pedagogical employees who do not have a scientific degree or academic title was considered, and scientific and educational-methodical literature was recommended for publication.
