The regional seminar-workshop was conducted jointly with the Center for Professional Development of Pedagogical Employees “Educational Trajectory” of the Dnipro City Council and dedicated to the current challenges of the modern educational sphere.
The meeting was opened by the director of the Educational and Research Institute of Law and Innovative Education of DSUIA Volodymyr Shablystyi.
The event united about 40 deputy directors of institutions of general secondary education of the city of Dnipro with the aim of teaching them effective instruments for creating a safe educational environment.
The program of the seminar covered a complex of current topics, which were presented by a team of leading scientists and practitioners.
The issue of the culture of integrity in education was raised by the director of the Educational and Research Institute of Law and Innovative Education of DSUIA Volodymyr Shablystyi.
The legal mechanisms of counteraction to bullying and mobbing were revealed by the professor of the department of social disciplines and psychology Viktoriia Savishchenko.
The topic of polygraph audit of educational services was revealed by the head of the department of information-technical support of DSUIA, police lieutenant colonel Oleksandr Shcherbyna.
The issue of cybersecurity of the educational space was considered by private notary Maryna Chernysh, who joined the event in the online format.
The participants received theoretical knowledge and discussed real cases, asked questions to the speakers and exchanged experience.
The joint initiatives of DSUIA and the “Educational Trajectory” will continue to contribute to the strengthening of the security and legal foundation in educational institutions of Dnipro.
