Representatives of DSUIA took part in the youth forum “Strive. Act. Change”

The university was represented by the head of the department of social and humanitarian work, police lieutenant colonel Nataliia Karnaukh and student of the Educational and Research Institute of Law and Innovative Education Kateryna Kalitenko.

In Dnipro, the eighth youth forum took place, which united more than 200 participants — active youth, representatives of authorities, business and the veteran community.

The event was organized by the Youth Council of Dnipro on the initiative and with the support of the Charitable Foundation of Maria Pinchuk in cooperation with the Dnipro City Council. The goal was the creation of an open platform for communication of youth with representatives of various spheres, exchange of experience, search for like-minded people and familiarization with opportunities for study, professional development and realization of their own initiatives.

Within the framework of the forum, three panel discussions took place. The participants discussed the interaction of youth with authorities, professional development and cooperation with business, as well as the partnership of youth and the veteran community.

A separate component of the event was the “Alley of Opportunities”, where educational, professional and grant initiatives were presented. The participants also joined the cultural-artistic project “Point of Attraction: Home”, within the framework of which they personally created an element of the future sculptural composition — a “branch of youth”.

The participation of representatives of DSUIA in the forum contributes to the establishment of inter-institutional interaction, the exchange of experience in the sphere of work with youth and the search for new opportunities for the development of youth initiatives.

Such events contribute to the professional and personal development of youth, the formation of an active civic position, the expansion of opportunities for self-realization, as well as the strengthening of interaction between the youth environment, authorities, business and the veteran community.
