The event was conducted by the associate professor of the department of administrative law and process of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, senior police lieutenant Karina Pisotska.
During the meeting of the circle, the participants discussed current problems of administrative-legal legislation.
Also, the professor of the department, police lieutenant colonel Roman Opatskyi conducted a talk-lecture with the cadets on the topic “European integration of Ukraine”. He spoke about the legal and legislative foundations of Ukraine’s accession to the European Union, in particular about the necessity of harmonizing national legislation with EU law and fulfilling the requirements related to acquiring membership.
Special attention was paid to the role of reforms, the rule of law and the protection of human rights on the path of European integration.
In addition, the cadets asked the lecturers questions and reflected on the challenges and prospects of the European integration of Ukraine.
