Students of the Educational and Research Institute of Law and Innovative Education of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs joined the entertainment and culinary competition dedicated to the Day of Defenders of Ukraine and the Day of Ukrainian Cossacks.
The entertainment and culinary competition “Battle of the Kurins: Creative Kulish” was conducted under the leadership of the deputy director of the Educational and Research Institute of Law and Innovative Education Iryna Dmytryshyn. The participants of the event united into two teams — boys and girls, who competed in wit, creativity, musical and culinary abilities.
The program of the event covered a thematic quiz, a musical competition “Guess the Melody” with modern Ukrainian patriotic compositions, as well as dance challenges. The culinary part provided for the creation of a creative sandwich from a limited set of products and a competition in making dumplings (varenyky).
The participants demonstrated inventiveness, team interaction and a good mood. According to the results of the competition, friendship won: both the boys and the girls coped with the tasks with dignity and made the event a common holiday.
In conclusion, the students wrote letters of support to the Ukrainian defenders who are at the front. They plan to hand them over to the military through volunteers.
Such events contribute to the cohesion of student youth, the preservation of Ukrainian traditions, the development of creative abilities and team spirit, as well as the education of patriotism and gratitude to those who defend Ukraine.
