Applicants of higher education visited veterans of DSUIA to express their respect for the experience and strength devoted to service in internal affairs bodies over many years.

Cadets of the faculty of training specialists for units of criminal police of the National Police of Ukraine of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs visited the homes of university veterans Oleksandr Khomenko and Viacheslav Plisko on the occasion of the International Day of Older Persons.
Also, cadets of the faculty of training specialists for pre-trial investigation bodies of the National Police of Ukraine visited veterans Valentyna Lebedieva, Mykhailo Riabtsev and Oleksandr Kolesnikov.


During the meetings, the applicants of higher education expressed sincere respect and gratitude to the veterans, wished them strong health, well-being, spiritual warmth and family comfort. The cadets emphasized the importance of a respectful attitude towards the older generation, recognition of its life experience and contribution to the development of the university.
Such events give the opportunity to maintain a connection between generations, to show care for veterans, to cultivate in young people respect, sensitivity and responsibility, as well as to preserve the good traditions of the university community.
