The Japan International Cooperation Agency announces the opportunity for professional training of lecturers of DSUIA at the expense of international technical assistance and other forms of international cooperation within the framework of the program “Human Resource Development in the Sphere of International Public Law”.
The program provides for a two-year course of the master’s program (from September 2027 to September 2029) or a three-year course of the program of training a doctor of philosophy (PhD) (from September 2027 to September 2030). The duration of study may differ depending on the chosen university, the beginning of study is envisaged in the period from August to October 2027.
A mandatory condition of participation is free proficiency in English. The long-term training program provides for the possibility of inviting, by a successful candidate, members of their family to Japan after they complete a six-month period of stay in the country.
The completed application form and other necessary documents must be sent by November 12, 2026 to the email address pao@center.gov.ua for its further transfer to the JICA Office in Ukraine and to the Japanese side.
