Khrystyna Rezvorovych, Head of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines and Psychology, conducted a joint practical session as part of the “Civil Procedure” course, with practising lawyer Stanislav Liflianchyk participating.

During the session, higher education students and the lawyer examined the key stages of claim proceedings, the requirements for preparing and filing a statement of claim, the development of an evidentiary basis, and the selection of an appropriate legal remedy for protecting violated rights.
Drawing on examples from professional practice, they discussed common mistakes in preparing procedural documents, the specifics of developing a legal position, and the representation of clients’ interests in court.
The open professional dialogue enabled students to ask questions, analyse real-life legal cases, and consolidate their theoretical knowledge of civil procedure.
