To mark Ukrainian Writing and Language Day, representatives of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs joined the annual National Unity Radio Dictation, an initiative that brings Ukrainians together through their native language.
Participants included Ihor Mahdalina, Acting Rector of DSUIA, members of the university’s management, university staff, trainees of the Academy of Police Special Training Centre, cadets, students, and military veterans working at the institution.

The text, entitled “A Letter That Never Ends,” was written by writer and military veteran Artur Dron. It was read aloud by teacher Artur Proidakov and volunteer Dasha Astafieva.

The National Unity Radio Dictation is not only an opportunity to test one’s knowledge of Ukrainian but also a chance to feel connected with thousands of fellow Ukrainians for whom their native language is an important part of national identity.

DSUIA regularly participates in initiatives aimed at promoting the Ukrainian language, strengthening its role in society, and preserving national cultural traditions.
