The invited speaker at the class was the senior inspector of the department of analytical work of the criminal analysis department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk region, senior police lieutenant Yana Lazarieva.
The cycle of practical classes continues, which are conducted by employees of the Departments of Criminal Analysis of the Main Directorates of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Luhansk regions.
Cadets of the third year of the faculty of training specialists for units of criminal police of the National Police of Ukraine took part in the event.
Yana Lazarieva familiarized those present with the vectors of information search and the peculiarities of information search according to the relevant search criteria, as well as further work with it.
The target vectors for recruiting collaborators, the mechanics of recruiting through the Telegram messenger, the role of the criminal analyst during the detection of arson, etc. were also discussed.
In addition, attention was focused on the peculiarities of applying OSINT and GEOINT methods, and it was also noted on the correctness of the processing of official information.
The event gave the cadets the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of criminal analysis, to familiarize themselves with practical algorithms for searching, verifying and processing information, as well as to improve their skills in the application of modern analytical tools in professional activity.
