DDUVS cadets will serve together with police officers, ensuring public order

During the briefing, the specifics of service during citizens’ visits to burial sites on memorial days were communicated.

The briefing for future law enforcement officers was conducted by DDUVS Vice-Rector, Police Colonel Ihor Kovalov, and Head of the Service Organization Department, Police Lieutenant Colonel Andrii Andreiev. The event was also attended by the DDUVS Anti-Corruption Commissioner Ruslan Lupyr and Head of the Psychological Support Unit Serhii Vyshnevskyi.

During the briefing, Ihor Kovalov drew attention to the of service on memorial days. In particular, it was noted that duty is complicated due to the large территории of cemeteries and the significant number of visitors, among whom there may be individuals under the influence of alcohol. The importance of vigilance in identifying suspicious persons or objects was also emphasized, as well as the need for effective interaction with police officers on site.
