Representatives of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs — Among the Developers of the Modern KMES Leadership Program

In Kyiv, the 4th meeting of the Interagency Expert Group on the Development of the Leadership Program with the support of the European Union Advisory Mission for Civilian Security Sector Reform in Ukraine took place.

Representatives of DSUIA took part in the work of the expert group: the Head of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, Police Lieutenant Colonel Dmytro Sanakoiev, as well as the Head of the Department of Psychology, Sociology and Pedagogy, Candidate of Sociological Sciences, Associate Professor Nataliia Komykh.

Representatives of higher education institutions of the MIA system of Ukraine, the State Customs Service of Ukraine and the Training Center for Prosecutors of Ukraine are also participants of the project.

Within the framework of the project, the participants developed and presented original lectures-trainings and conducted a training session for first-line managers of criminal analysis units of the State Customs Service of Ukraine. Each team worked on a specific topic.

The topic presented by the DSUIA team is “Preservation and Development of Human Potential” and concerned effective approaches to support, motivation and professional development of personnel, formation of resilient teams and leadership in the conditions of modern challenges.

Participation in the project is a contribution of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs to the formation of modern approaches to the development of leadership, personnel management and strengthening of the human resources potential of the Security and Defense Sector of Ukraine.
