Practical classes conducted by employees of the Criminal Analysis Directorates of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Luhansk Oblasts for 2nd year cadets of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Criminal Police Units of the NPU of DSUIA are continuing.
The cadets learned about the main tools used during financial investigations. The participants took part in searching for data in public registers and other sources of information regarding legal entities.
In addition, the cadets examined the main directions and methods of using OSINT in the financial sphere.
Such events contribute to the formation of practical skills in working with open sources of information among future law enforcement officers, the development of analytical thinking and the improvement of the quality of training of specialists capable of effectively combating crimes in the field of economics and financial security.
