The organizers paid special attention to practical training. The cadets worked in international groups, practiced scenarios as close as possible to real conditions of police service, improved team interaction skills, crisis communication and decision-making in stressful situations.

The participants also familiarized themselves with the peculiarities of police training in Norway, the work of the Norwegian police training center, modern educational approaches and material and technical support of law enforcement units.

Participation in the Erasmus+ program became an opportunity for DSUIA cadets to gain international professional experience, deepen practical communication skills and establish interaction with representatives of European police and educational institutions.
