During the seminar, models of behavior according to the scheme “person-victim-offender” and the peculiarities of their formation were discussed, as well as approaches to the application of restorative practices in order to stabilize the psychological state of conflict participants and restore social interaction. The teachers of DSUIA actively joined the discussion, shared their own experience and vision regarding the implementation of crisis communication and mediation tools in the training of future law enforcement officers, who in the conditions of wartime increasingly face situations that require not only legal knowledge, but also skills of effective dialogue and psychological resilience.
