Pupils of the lyceum demonstrated good physical preparation, team interaction and the desire to win. During football matches, participants improved their ball handling technique, reaction speed and tactical thinking.
Basketball matches contributed to the development of coordination of movements, endurance and the ability to work in a team. The event took place in a friendly and positive atmosphere, where everyone had the opportunity to show their sports abilities.
Special attention was paid to compliance with the rules of fair play and mutual respect among participants.
Similar measures contribute to the strengthening of health, the formation of leadership qualities and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle among young people. All participants received a charge of cheerfulness, positive emotions and motivation for further sports.
