At the Center for Special Professional Training “Police Academy” of DSUIA, students of the specialization “Special Purpose Police” from Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv and Kharkiv regions passed the practical part of the state qualification attestation.
To assess the level of training of the graduates and support them during the final tests, the Vice-Rector of DSUIA, Police Colonel Ihor Kovalov and the Chairman of the State Qualification Attestation Commission, Deputy Commander of the Special Purpose Police Battalion of the Main Police Department in Dnipropetrovsk Region, Police Captain Andrii Lynnyk visited.
The attestation covered three key subjects that form the basis of combat and practical readiness: “Tactics of Self-Defense and Personal Safety”, “Fire Training” and “Tactics of Actions”.
Future police officers of special purpose units demonstrated a complex of skills necessary for performing tasks in official activities.
After familiarizing themselves with the progress of the exams, Ihor Kovalov and Andrii Lynnyk noted the high motivation of the students and the importance of high-quality practicing of each action to the level of automated skills, because in real conditions the life of both the police officer himself and the citizens depends on this.
