The International Projects Center “Euroosvita” has published an updated ranking of Ukrainian higher education institutions based on the results of educational program accreditation reviews conducted by the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (NAQA).

The ranking is based on decisions adopted by the National Agency during 2019–2025. The evaluation included higher education institutions that underwent at least five accreditation reviews during this period. In total, the study covered 215 Ukrainian universities.
According to the ranking results, Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs placed 108th among all higher education institutions in Ukraine. At the same time, among higher education institutions that train police officers, DDUVS entered the top three and ranked second overall.
According to experts of the Euroosvita Center, the results of NAQA accreditation reviews are among the most objective indicators of the quality of higher education institutions’ performance, as they take into account a wide range of criteria related to the implementation of educational programs, staffing, the educational environment, and the functioning of internal quality assurance systems.
DDUVS’s high position in the ranking among institutions that train police officers confirms the effectiveness of the university’s efforts to improve the educational process, develop modern academic programs, and implement quality assurance mechanisms. The achieved result also demonstrates the university’s competitiveness within Ukraine’s higher education system and its significant contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists for the National Police of Ukraine.
