Participants of the event included the Acting Rector of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs Ihor Mahdalina and the Director of the Dnipro Lyceum of Security Orientation and National-Patriotic Education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Kyrylo Nedria.
The event was aimed at increasing the awareness of senior management regarding the practical application of anti-corruption legislation, prevention of corruption risks, and ensuring integrity in official activities.
The speakers of the training were the State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Inna Yashchuk, the Rector of the National Academy of Internal Affairs Ruslan Serbyn, and the NATO representative in Ukraine Maryna Kohut. During their presentations, they emphasized current issues of implementing state anti-corruption policy, the importance of adhering to ethical standards, and the formation of a culture of integrity within the MIA system.


Participants considered mechanisms for resolving conflicts of interest, features of financial control, declaration requirements, and liability for violations of anti-corruption restrictions and prohibitions. Special attention was paid to practical aspects of identifying potential corruption risks and ways to minimize them in the activities of public institutions.
Such events contribute to the improvement of managerial professional competencies, the development of unified approaches to implementing anti-corruption policy, and the strengthening of principles of transparency, integrity, and accountability in the activities of educational institutions within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine system.
