The awards for the creative team of DSUIA were handed over by the secretary of the Dnipro City Council Oleksandr Sanzhara to the representatives of the university: the leading specialist of the department of social and humanitarian work Iryna Hryhorovych and cadet Ivan Svystun.
Cadets and students of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs won first place at the festival “Student Spring – 2026”, which this year was held under the theme “Rhythms of Dnipro”.
The certificate for receiving the cash prize and the diploma became recognition of the successful performance of the creative team of the university at the annual festival of amateur creativity.
75 percent of the prize fund of the winners of the festival will traditionally be transferred to the urgent needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The remainder – 25 percent – is planned to be sent to the unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where the father of one of the participants of the studio of creative movement “eSTeD” serves. This step became another manifestation of civic responsibility, patriotism and support for Ukrainian defenders on the part of the university community.
Participation in such events contributes to the development of the creative potential of young people, the formation of an active civic position, the strengthening of team interaction and the establishment of a positive image of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs as a modern institution of higher education, where professional training, cultural development and patriotic education are harmoniously combined.
