The participants of the meeting considered the issues of preventing the commission of criminal and administrative offenses related to corruption by the permanent and variable composition of the university, as well as preventing official abuses.
The Dnipropetrovsk Department of the Internal Security Department of the National Police of Ukraine was represented by the Deputy Head of the Department, Police Colonel Yurii Shvarts.
The participants of the meeting discussed the interaction between DSUIA and the police internal security unit on preventing the commission of criminal and administrative offenses related to corruption by the permanent and variable composition of the university, as well as preventing official abuses during the 2026 admission campaign.


The Acting Rector of DSUIA Ihor Magdaliina informed those present about the start of the admission campaign, drew attention to the quality of the selection and enrollment of applicants to the educational institution, ensuring objective and transparent evaluation of results, organization of entrance examinations, and avoidance of unlawful relations with applicants or their close persons.
Yurii Shvarts noted that the main tasks of the interaction are the organization and timely implementation of a set of legal, organizational and practical measures during the admission campaign aimed at detecting, preventing and stopping the commission of offenses, as well as identifying and eliminating the causes and conditions that cause the risks of their commission and the need to conduct such measures.
Such measures contribute to ensuring the transparency of the admission campaign, strengthening public trust in the higher education institution of the MIA system and forming high standards of integrity among future law enforcement officers.
