On the basis of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, a meeting of the one-time specialized academic council was held.
Serhii Khvostovtsov prepared a dissertation research for the obtaining of the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge “Law” on the topic “Administrative-jurisdictional activity of the police in the field of control over the circulation of civilian firearms”.
The chairman of the council is Oleksandr Yunin, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine, Vice-Rector of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
