The event was conducted within the framework of national-patriotic education for listeners of the CSIPT “Academy of Police” of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs on the occasion of the Day of Remembrance of the Defenders of Ukraine, who died in the struggle for independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
The listeners of the “Academy of Police” met with a military veteran, and now – a specialist of the department of personnel support for work with variable composition of DSUIA Viacheslav Ralchenko.
During the event, Viacheslav Ralchenko shared his own experience of service in the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the Patrol Police Department and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He spoke about the specifics of service, difficult and responsible moments, detention of offenders, performance of official tasks, as well as about the experience of undergoing service under the conditions of full-scale war.
During the meeting, special attention was paid to the issues of education of patriotism, courage, resilience, mutual support and responsibility to the state and society.
During communication with the veteran, the listeners heard real stories, asked questions and better realized the meaning of professional duty, honor and service to Ukraine.
Such measures contribute to the formation in future police officers of patriotic consciousness, respect for the defenders of Ukraine, readiness to perform official duties and responsible attitude to the chosen profession.
