Experience from practical workers: binary classes for cadets of DSUIA

The events were conducted for cadets of the 4th year of the faculty of training specialists for pre-trial investigation bodies of the National Police of Ukraine of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.

The class was conducted within the framework of mastering the academic disciplines “Criminal Procedure” and “Drafting of procedural documents during pre-trial investigation”.

The invited speakers were the deputy head of the department for the investigation of crimes committed against the life and health of a person of the investigative department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk region, police lieutenant colonel Oksana Matviienko, the senior investigator in especially important cases of the same department, police lieutenant colonel Viktoriia Rufanova, as well as the senior investigator of the department for the investigation of crimes in the sphere of economic and official activity of the investigative department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Donetsk region, senior police lieutenant Yevhen Moskovka.

The participants considered with the cadets the peculiarities of conducting certain investigative (search) actions and covert investigative (search) actions during the investigation of criminal offenses committed under conditions of martial law.

Under the mentorship of the professor of the department of criminal procedure, police major Viktoriia Rohalska and the invited practical workers, the cadets simulated the conduct of certain procedural actions under conditions of martial law and drew up the relevant procedural documents.
