Patrol police officers underwent professional development at DSUIA

22 police officers who represented Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk and Kherson regions successfully completed the course on the basis of the department of organization of professional development and specialization of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Distance Learning.

During two weeks, the listeners improved their professional competences on issues of ensuring human rights and freedoms, principles of partnership interaction with the population, processing of administrative materials for violations of the Traffic Rules and drafting of official documentation. Special attention was paid to ensuring public safety and order during mass events in accordance with the Scandinavian model.

With the completion of the training, the graduates were congratulated by the director of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Distance Learning of DSUIA, police lieutenant colonel Anatolii Kolotik. He emphasized the need for constant improvement of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in view of modern challenges, and also expressed wishes for professional growth and successful implementation of the acquired experience in practical activity.

After the successful passing of the comprehensive final exam, the law enforcement officers were awarded certificates of professional development.
