The training was conducted by the department of special physical training of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
Participation in the event, conducted within the framework of the Olympic lesson and aimed at improving the physical preparedness and practical skills of the participants, was taken by cadets and students of the Educational and Research Institute of Law and Innovative Education of DSUIA. The class was conducted by the senior lecturer of the department of special physical training, police lieutenant colonel Volodymyr Rohalskyi.
The participants practiced painful techniques, throws and holding of the opponent. The practical part of the class gave the participants the opportunity to improve the technique of performing techniques and to practice their application in simulated situations.
Such events contribute to the development of physical qualities, the improvement of self-defense skills, the increase of the level of physical preparedness and the formation of readiness to act confidently and effectively during the performance of professional tasks.
