The ceremony of laying flowers took place on the Alley of Memory of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred and the fallen soldiers of the ATO.
The person temporarily performing the duties of the rector of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs Ihor Mahdalina joined the honoring. Together with representatives of the regional and city authorities, heads of law enforcement bodies, the public and residents of Dnipro, he laid flowers as a sign of memory of those who gave their lives defending Ukraine.
The participants of the event honored the courage and dedication of Ukrainian soldiers, who in different periods of history defended and continue to defend the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state.
For DSUIA, the preservation of the memory of the fallen Defenders is an integral component of the patriotic education of youth and the formation of a responsible attitude to service to Ukraine. Their feat, resilience and devotion to the state remain a moral guideline for future generations of law enforcement officers.
The memory of the Heroes unites society and reminds of the price of freedom, which Ukraine continues to win today.
