The lyceum students competed in exercises testing speed, endurance, and strength. The tournament was initiated and officiated by the lyceum educator, Police Captain Serhii Prokopenko.
The competition was dedicated to the memory of modern-day Heroes. The program included 200- and 400-meter runs, barbell and dumbbell exercises, jump rope activities, and gymnastic elements performed for speed. Participants completed a challenging course that required not only good physical fitness but also the ability to manage workloads effectively and maintain a high pace throughout the event.

The tournament was held in an atmosphere of healthy competition. Judges evaluated the speed of completing the exercise circuit, the quality of technique, and the overall performance of each participant. Particular attention was paid to compliance with safety regulations and the principles of fair play.

Winners and prize recipients were determined in individual standings among both girls and boys. Team results were also calculated, and the best academic group was identified based on the total number of points earned.
Following the tournament, the winners and prize recipients were awarded medals. For the lyceum students, participation in the competition provided an opportunity to assess their level of physical fitness, improve their athletic skills, and gain experience in overcoming intense physical challenges.
